Vest-A-Dog
Donna Morgan, of Morgan Counseling in Janesville, Wisconsin, is working with our association to provide vests for our K-9 partners. She is working with various organizations to obtain donations on a weekly basis. Her goal is to provide a vest for every dog in the state!
Officers wishing to have a vest donated to their department should submit in writing their need for a vest, name and age of dog, and a short synopsis of their canine program. For departments needing to outfit more than one canine, please send one email with all of your needs.
Any WLECHA member wanting to apply for a vest, please e-mail Donna with the information listed above.

Everyone who wants a vest: Please send pictures of your dogs to us either in the mail or e-mail it to us at vestadogwisconsin@yahoo.com
People want to look at pictures when they are picking out which dog to donate their money to. Every
dog that we have a picture of has gotten a vest so far.
Please pick me up the "Community Grant Forms" from your local Sam's Club, Walmart,
and/or Target. If someone else gets to it first, then it's used up for the year. I can fill them out
and get them back in, for the money to purchase a vest for you dog. It has to be a form for
the local community that has the dog.
Please let me know which dogs are SWAT Team dogs so they can move closer to the top of
the list.
Every one of you that has taken the time to contact me has gotten a vest. It works guys.
